Ivermectin

Through our Collaborative practice agreement, we can provide compounded ivermectin to patients. Patients can simply fill out a one-page screening form at our pharmacy or you can contact us via email to have the form sent to you to fill out. Prescriptions are compounded based upon each individual patient's weight.
